layering love.

Surprise surprise, another layering look, I started with these pieces...
and transformed them into...

are you sick of my blabbing on about the magic of layering yet?
It really is the easiest way to play up your basics and add dimension to any look.
everyone has a basic skirt and a button up shirt, so switch it up by layering a patterned long sleeve (mine was $5 at H&M) underneath your dress shirt.
if you are into obnoxious accessories like me, double up on your necklaces and pile on the bracelet bling!
did you notice the polka dot tights? if you are a tights wearer like me these sheer polka dot ones are a great way to still get tight-like coverage for spring and summer! You can wear them all year long, so I highly suggest investing in a pair.
Shirt: Turquoise button up, Foxcroft. Tights: Polka Dots, Modcloth (similar). Shoes: Oxford Heels, Miz Mooz (similar here or here) Piano Clutch: Recital Farrah, Kate Spade (similar here or here). Skirt: Tulip skirt, Zara (Spring 2011). Shirt: Striped Long Sleeve (worn under), H&M. Necklace: Layered Gold Necklace, Vintage. Necklace: Kate Spade. Jewels: Idiom Bangles, All Wrapped Up Bow Ring, Kate Spade.
