Pretty in Pink

Although I love tulle and twirl-worthy skirts, super-girly colors aren't usually my thing. But with pastels having such a big moment this spring and again this fall I decided to dabble with this darling MinkPink dress and matching beret.

Since beanies can be a bore, I resorted to berets to keep warm this Winter...
and they allow me to continue pretending I'm in Paris, so that's always a plus! I also found myself often wearing two pairs of tights, especially when I wanted to wear a lighter coat like like striped one. Fingers crossed that I won't have to wear tights again until next fall. And a big black bow belt is something every bow-obsessed girl should have in her closet. It's a easy way to add a flirty feel to any dress or skirt... I've even worn it over coats - it made me feel like a puffer princess!
