fashion recap: PCA2012

Lets discuss the best and the worst from this weeks people choice awards (2012)
Best Dressed
14-year-old break out star, Chloe Moretz looked sophisticated yet age appropriate in Proenza Schouler!
Zachary Levi was the best dressed Man of the night in a Vivienne Westwood plaid suit.

I'm obsessed with Lucy Hale even on a normal day but she looked glamorously goth in this sexy Cengiz Abazoglu gown (Spring 2012 Couture)
Although I'm not a V.Hudge Fan she always looks fashionable and fabulous, and she didn't disappoint in a black Jenny Peckham gown (Fall 2011).
Although its really hard to look bad in the always fabulous Valentino, Kristin Bell looked edgy but still girlie in the leather dress and her gold toe Christian Louboutins.

Almost There...

The "Once Upon A Time" gals almost got it right. I'm loving Ginnifer Goodwin in this bold and bright Roksanda Ilincic dress but I would have rather seen her in a black patent platform pump instead of these Jimmu Choo booties that chop her up. I actually really love everything about Jennifer Morrison's Oscar de le Renta look (she was ridiculed for doing "too much") I just wish I could d a quick snip to all those tassles to create a mini dress. I would have also liked to see her in nude patent closed toe pumps.

Uh-Oh...

For me, Hunger Games Star Jennifer Lawrence in a Victor & Rolf fishnet dress and Nina Dobrev in Elie Saab were the worst of the night.

Fixing the Fashionistas
Jennifer usually stuns on the red carpet and Nina almost always gets it a right, so I'm giving these stylish stars a second chance by redressing them in what I would have liked to see.
what she should have worn: jennifer lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence usually goes for a sexy-girlie va va voom look that makes her incredibly alluring and strangely relatable. I understand that she was going for something different, and more edgy this time, but I would have liked to see her in a leather Alexander McQueen mini dress instead. She also should have pulled her hair down and added a pop of color with YSL pumps to keep her young and fun.
what she should have worn: nina dobrev
I love this color, but the lace sleeves look way too old and some-what costumesque for Nina, and not in a good way. Since some of my favorite Nina moments are when she does corseted mini dresses that keep her sexy and young while making her legs go on for days, I put her in this green Savanna dress that I'm obsessed with! I also wanted to give her a little edge so I added a Serpent ring and added some sparkle with glitter Jimmy Choo strappy sandals.

Best of the Best: Its a Tie!
I'm torn between Kaley Cuoco's figure flattering Badgley Mischka gown (Spring 2012) and Emma Stone's perfectly tailored Gucci blazer and ciggy pants. Kaley looks like a goddess and Emma is so striking in green, I also love that she did something different!

What do you think? Do you agree? Disagree? and who was your best dressed of the night!
